After submitting your application, our team reviews it within 48 hours. If there's alignment with our care model, we'll schedule a private discovery consultation to discuss your health goals and answer any questions. Upon mutual agreement, you'll complete enrollment and begin your personalized longevity journey.
Yes, members can upgrade their tier at any time. The difference in annual fees will be prorated, and any additional initiation fee difference will apply. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current membership year.
We offer annual payment (with a 5% discount) or monthly payment options. The one-time initiation fee is due upon enrollment. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and HSA/FSA for eligible services.
Memberships are annual commitments that renew automatically. You may cancel with 60 days written notice before your renewal date. The initiation fee is non-refundable.
Your first visit includes a comprehensive health evaluation: detailed medical history review, full blood panel and biomarker analysis, body composition assessment, and an extended consultation with your physician to develop your personalized longevity strategy.
Trinity Longevity Labs operates outside of traditional insurance networks to provide unhurried, personalized care. However, we provide detailed superbills that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many diagnostic services may be HSA/FSA eligible.
Guest passes allow you to invite friends or family to experience a complimentary consultation at Trinity. Guests receive a discovery visit and, if interested, may apply for their own membership. Guest passes are valid for one year from your membership start date.
Members may cancel with 60 days written notice before their annual renewal date. Monthly payments continue through the end of the current membership year. The initiation fee is non-refundable. We're happy to discuss any concerns before you make a decision.
